Vendors must email an EXPRESSION OF INTEREST and

list their business/stall type, dimensions & specifications required (NB. requests cannot be guaranteed)
Supply a copy of their PUBLIC LIABILITY
INSURANCE CERTIFICATE
Complete & submit a Maleny Show Society
Health & Safety Form/Banned Items Declaration

Trade bookings are not confirmed until all paperwork is
complete AND full payment is received by the Show Office.

Trade requests are allocated on a first-booking basis.
Food vendor space is limited in number and closes earlier than regular trade spaces, at Show Society discretion. Please book as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

Trade Display dimensions, locations & attributes may vary and are subject to change at any time for weather or operational reasons. Sites are allocated on a first-paid basis. Limited space available for food vendors. Early booking recommended to avoid disappointment. All site booking requests are tentative until full payment and insurance details are received, and written confirmation has been provided by the Trade Steward or Show Office. Trade Site requests are subject to all Show Society conditions of entry and regulations. Please download the Health & Safety Declaration/Banned Items list before completing the Booking form.
