Select your category below and follow the steps on how to set up your account and enter.

How to Place Horse/Cattle Entries Via Showday.online

  1. Create a new account or login to your account using your previous details from our old website – If you have forgotten your password, please contact us to get your account transferred over to our new website
  2. Select the show you would like to enter
  3. Click on PLACE AN ENTRY
  4. Click on INDIVIDUAL ENTRY
  5. In Exhibit Name select your Entrant from the drop down or click on ADD NEW to add a new entrant to your account
    • If clicking Add New fill out your Entrants name. Other fields are optional
  6. In EXHIBIT TYPE select HORSES & CATTLE
  7. In EXHIBIT NAME select your animal name or click on ADD NEW to add a new animal to your account
    • If clicking Add New fill out your Animals name. Other fields are optional
  8. Click on SELECT CLASSES
  9. From the drop down choose the Section to enter your animal into
  10. On the pop up tick the box to accept the entry notes for this section
  11. Click the PLUS symbol beside the section you are entering to expand to the classes
  12. Click on the class or classes you are entering this animal into
  13. Fill in any additional information the show may require for this animal if asked
  14. Once all classes have been selected for this combination
    • Click on ADD ANOTHER ENTRY if you need to place more entries for this show and repeat this process
    • Click on FINISHED ADDING CLASSES if you do not need to place any more entries for this show
  15. On the next screen select any extra items you need that are available.
  16. Click on FINISHED ADDING EXTRAS  once done
  17. Purchase Membership if required or Pay your membership invoice if showing
  18. Click on FINISHED MEMBERSHIP  once done
  19. Tick the box to agree to our website T&C’s
  20. Click on the payment type and enter any payment details as required
  21. Click on PAY NOW
  22. You will now be emailed an acknowledgement of your entries. Please check you Junk / Spam folder if this email is not in your inbox.

How to Place Farm Animal Entries Via Showday.online

  1. Create a new account or login to your account using your previous details from our old website – If you have forgotten your password, please contact us to get your account transferred over to our new website
  2. Select the show you would like to enter
  3. Click on PLACE AN ENTRY
  4. Click on INDIVIDUAL ENTRY
  5. In Exhibit Name select your Entrant from the drop down or click on ADD NEW to add a new entrant to your account
    • If clicking Add New fill out your Entrants name. Other fields are optional
  6. In EXHIBIT TYPE select FARM ANIMAL
  7. Click on SELECT CLASSES
  8. From the drop down choose the Section to enter your animal into
  9. On the pop up tick the box to accept the entry notes for this section
  10. On the pop up tick the box to accept the entry notes for this section
  11. Click on the class or classes you are entering all of your animals into to select them
  12. If entering multiple animals into the same class, increase the QTY counter to reflect the number you would like to enter
  13. Fill out the animals name in the Exhibition Name box if applicable
  14. Fill in any additional information the show may require for this animal if asked
  15. Once all classes have been selected
    • Click on ADD ANOTHER ENTRY if you need to place more entries for this show and repeat this process
    • Click on FINISHED ADDING CLASSES if you do not need to place any more entries for this show
  16. On the next screen select any extra items you need that are available.
  17. Click on FINISHED ADDING EXTRAS  once done
  18. Purchase Membership if required or Pay your membership invoice if showing
  19. Click on FINISHED MEMBERSHIP  once done
  20. Tick the box to agree to our website T&C’s
  21. Click on the payment type and enter any payment details as required

How to Place Indoor Entries Via Showday.online

  1. Create a new account or login to your account using your previous details from our old website – If you have forgotten your password, please contact us to get your account transferred over to our new website
  2. Select the show you would like to enter
  3. Click on PLACE AN ENTRY
  4. Click on INDIVIDUAL ENTRY
  5. In Entrant Name select your Entrant from the drop down or click on ADD NEW to add a new entrant to your account
    • If clicking Add New fill out your Entrants name. Other fields are optional
  6. In EXHIBIT TYPE select INDOOR / DISPLAY
  7. Click on SELECT CLASSES
  8. From the drop down choose the Section you would like to enter
  9. On the pop up tick the box to accept the entry notes for this section
  10. Click the PLUS symbol beside the section you are entering to expand to the classes
  11. Click on the class or classes you are entering to select them
  12. If entering multiple items into the same class, increase the QTY counter to reflect the number you would like to enter
  13. Fill out the items name in the Exhibition Name box if applicable eg painting name
  14. Fill in any additional information the show may require for this entry if asked
  15. Once all classes have been selected
    • Click on ADD ANOTHER ENTRY if you need to place more entries for this show and repeat this process
    • Click on FINISHED ADDING CLASSES if you do not need to place any more entries for this show
  16. On the next screen select any extra items you need that are available.
  17. Click on FINISHED ADDING EXTRAS  once done
  18. Purchase Membership if required or Pay your membership invoice if showing
  19. Click on FINISHED MEMBERSHIP  once done
  20. Tick the box to agree to our website T&C’s
  21. Click on the payment type and enter any payment details as required
  22. Click on PAY NOW

Subject to the Rules and By-Laws of the above Society and the Queensland Chamber of Agricultural Societies, I make the following entries for your forthcoming Show, the same being my bonafide property and I agree to accept the decision of the Committee as final, in case of dispute.

By Lodging this form, I agree to and accept the conditions and rules of The Maleny Show Society. Exhibits should bear a brand which must be stated on this form to agree with that on the exhibit. Exhibitors are especially requested to pay particular attention to state the correct date of birth and section and correct class number. I declare that my plants and produce are disease free at time of entry.

Every care will be taken of exhibits, but no responsibility for loss or damage can be accepted | Prize money must be collected during either Show day (from 9:00am until office close).
